About me

Hello and welcome. I’m a 300hr trained Yoga teacher based in Brisbane.

I enjoy sharing movement that is enriching, challenging, and restful.

My focuses include integrating mindfulness and breath control into a Yoga class and every day life. I teach Yoga regularly to a wide range of students.
